សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍របស់ ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ សុខុន កម្ពុជាបច្ចុប្បន្នកំពុងរងការគំរាមកំហែង – មិនមែនដោយសារការបែកបាក់ផ្ទៃក្នុងដូចពីអតីតកាលនោះទេ តែគឺដោយសារជម្លោះព្រំដែនជាមួយប្រទេសជិតខាងមួយ។
នៅថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ សុខុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងជារដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចូលរួមធ្វើសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍ ក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សាទូទៅនៃសម័យប្រជុំលើកទី៨០ នៃមហាសន្និបាតអ.ស.ប. នៅទីស្នាក់ការអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ (អ.ស.ប) នាទីក្រុងញ៉ូវយក។
នៅក្នុងសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានជម្រាបជូនមហាសន្និបាតដោយសេចក្តីឈឺចាប់ជាពន់ពេកថា សន្តិភាពដែលកម្ពុជាទទួលបានដោយលំបាក និងស្រលាញ់យ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅ ព្រមទាំងចែករំលែកអស់ពីដួងចិត្តនៅជុំវិញពិភពលោក បច្ចុប្បន្នកំពុងរងការគំរាមកំហែង – មិនមែនដោយសារការបែកបាក់ផ្ទៃក្នុងដូចពីអតីតកាលនោះទេ តែគឺដោយសារជម្លោះព្រំដែនជាមួយប្រទេសជិតខាងមួយ។

On 27 September 2025, His Excellency Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, as the High Representative of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, delivered a statement at the General Debate of the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
In his statement, the Deputy Prime Minister painfully informed the assembly that the hard-won peace that Cambodia has so profoundly cherished and wholeheartedly shared around the world is today threatened in its own home – not by internal division like in the past, but by border conflict with a neighbour.
